Shipping policy

Local Delivery

We deliver locally to the Greater Dallas Area on Fridays.  You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. Orders will be left at your front door for residential homes or at the lobby/leasing office for apartment buildings.

Order Deadline: Orders need to be placed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) for that week's Friday delivery.

Minimum order is $39 with a flat fee of $5.99Free delivery for orders $80+. This option only shows up after the cart has reached $39 before tax.

Holiday Schedule: When Friday falls on a major holiday (New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day), deliveries will be made on Thursday instead.

If we are unable to complete delivery (e.g., inaccessible location, gate code not provided, or leasing office closed), we will contact the customer via email to arrange an alternative solution. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, and provide any necessary access codes or special instructions at checkout.

Local Pickup

Free in person pick up is available at our store during our business hours or at our stand at the Coppell Farmers Market. Please check our market schedule for dates we will be at the Coppell FM. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order (excludes weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up (please check your spam or promotion folders).

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
We prefer to ship with USPS as it is the most environmentally-friendly shipping option. Since USPS goes on the same routes instead of on-demand stops (like UPS and FedEx), this means our packages are not adding extra routes or stops, thus no additional carbon emissions. 

We do not ship outside the continental U.S. We encourage you to seek out your local refillery and zero waste shops. This way we reduce carbon emissions from long-haul shipping and support local small businesses. 

Fulfillment Times

Orders for online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be shipped / delivered or for pick up (please check your spam or promotion folders).  

Order Tracking 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@usefullco.com with your name and order number, and we will help figure out where your package is.

Packaging

Don’t be surprised to receive re-used shipping materials. As a business rooted in sustainability, we reuse boxes and packaging paper, etc. We hope you'll reuse or recycle your cardboard and paper packaging.
