Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation and changes

As a small shop (with limited resources), we don’t normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have an issue or question about your order, please email us at info@usefullco.com immediately.

Returns

One of our founding pillars is to promote thoughtful and conscious purchasing, as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This also greatly helps us in our efforts to reduce carbon emissions and packaging waste. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@usefullco.com so we can work with you and do what we can to rectify the issue. 

 

Damages/Defects

If you receive a product that is defective, please let us know immediately by emailing info@usefullco.com. We’ll evaluate and do our best to make it right for you.

 

Out of Stock Items

To prevent overstocking and having to run massive discounts like big box stores, we may run out of stock of some items occasionally.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you directly.
